Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα προφίλ από τον αγοραστή με αποτέλεσμα να ψάχνεις συνέχεια όλα τα προϊόντα μέσα στο site είναι πολύ κουραστικό

Unreliable site when offering a code for sales. It disappeared and then never appeared the -10%

In the last order the jacket from balmain kids came with a button that was cut and not even sewn. Unacceptable for the price and for your company. I sent you an email but you never bothered to reply. Not polite behavior at all.

The best place for shopping online!
no total respect to reliable customers
Despite being a platinum customer and a reliable one with succeeded exchanges, when one was lost by the courier service responsibility was not taken from Farfetch, while the customer service replies were too prefixed and undercover predefining what was going to happen. This lead to lack of trust and feelings of not being respected. P.s. the courier company had no idea about the so-called investigation process about the lost parcel. So, do not treat customers as less capable of conducting their investigation than you, dear Farfetch. Later on, I’m finding much better offers for discounts from other online sellers of same luxurious clothing, which have managed to make me buy something even for a difference of 100euros (which is high amount). Therefore, my advice to Farfetch is to try to compete the advantages that good customers in other platforms/shops have. They have already lost big amounts from me, while customer service is incomparable.
