i think im being robbed
My order : QFVF7S is closed as it says the money is already refunded. it’s been a month i have not seen my money & nobody responded and the worst thing the fact that i was waiting for a shipment which eventually was cancelled and returned to the seller “not byme” . i have been trying to contact the customer service Farah E “advisor” and Ahmed s but nothing.. there’s nothing.

Fake Jordans
READ! Careful buying jordans via farfetch. Much of their so called jordans are procured from 3rd party resellers that package the merchandise as original. When I received my jordans they were clearly fake/knockoffs. When trying to return them, farfetch did not refund my money because the box was damaged but the product was never worn. The 3rd party refused to refund because they made money off a knockoff and sold it at genuine product price.

- Prices is very Expensive comparing to other shops or Apps. - not all Banks Card is accessable, even the Basic Ones.
Below the expectations
I would not recommend purchasing from the website based on my abysmal experience for Eid 2024. I ordered a dress from kids and was shocked that the website has a technical issue providing me with an email that is different from mine. This is because I signed in with app which in many other websites work fine. Not only that but also this affected the information given to the currier as they can’t get to me to confirm my details. Without social networks I would not be able to get it two days before Eid. As for staff they did not even bother to apologize for their disastrous handling of the matter. I am not confident any more in this website and will never choose them. On top of that, I found the same dress in a store and it was 1000 riyals cheaper!!
