I have never seen a bad company such this . Liars, cheaters and scammers. The driver didn’t come and didn’t answer and I called the company and the didn’t help . They only take your Money .I don’t recommend it never at all .

The driver did not show up when I was standing in Bergamo airport around midnight! I have been en dialogue with Mr. Ryan 1000 times from customer service, but I have not managed to get my money back (on my personal bank account) even though they have accepted/recognized that the driver did not show up!!! Hopeless! Stay away!

Downloaded app. Did two searches. One in Vancouver and one in London. July and October respectively. Each query resulted in a neverending search that lasted over an hour for each query, without producing any results. Very, very poor. Uninstalling.
