It’s apalling how I can’t get a schedule changed or even change details about my trip, the app won’t let me do anything at all when it comes to MY TRIP, and it’s insulting how the driver wants to steal another additional 100 euros from me, I’ll give you the worst rating possible, never recomend this service to and expose the ugly truth about your poor excuse of a “service” all I asked for was a schedule change to correct a glitch THE APP HAD, not even me, they messed up the times on my trip without even asking me then denied to be responsible about their mistakes, I won’t pay for this service so don’t send anyone. It’s a scam to ask for an additional 100 euros in cash to change a mistake the same app did.

Todo muy bien los choferes estaban muy atentos y buen servicio latina el regreso llegó otra camión esta y pedimos silla pra bebé pero no se podría ajustar muy bien De ahí fuera todo bien Saludos

Solicite en Tokio el servicio por 10 horas. Ya cobrada la cantidad me aumentaron el precio y el conductor me contactó para avisarme que si no aceptaba perdía mi dinero. Le informé a soporte al cliente y fue peor, ya que no resolvieron nada, enredaron la comunicación y perdí mi dinero. NO LO RECOMIENDO. En Facebook tienen muchos comentarios negativos por el pésimo servicio y el robo del dinero.
