It has been 12 days now and i’m still waiting for them to “investigate” for my refund as dtiver showed up with no baby car seat and we got stucked at the airport after a full day of travel with no alternative

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Get Transfer. What seemed like a convenient service quickly turned into a nightmare. They charged me for a transportation that was never done and customer service was nonexistent. When I tried to resolve the issue, I have been told they would do an investigation. that led nowhere. It happened in July and still no response from the company. I’ve had much better experiences with other transfer services like Uber, and I would recommend steering clear of this one. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by choosing a more reputable company.

They are scammers, I traveled 400 km and spent 5 hours, it's been more than 2 months and they still haven't paid me, they haven't paid me.

I have been working with Get Transfer as a driver, and my experience has been nothing but frustrating. I completed a trip over a month ago, and I have yet to receive payment for my work. Despite multiple follow-ups, all I keep hearing is the same empty promise: "Your payment will be sent soon." It’s been over a month, and there’s still no sign of my money. It’s clear to me that the company does not respect its drivers or honor their commitments. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when drivers rely on timely payments to support themselves. The constant runaround and delays make me feel deceived, and it’s clear that this company doesn’t value the people who keep its business running. I wouldn’t recommend this app to any driver who expects to be paid on time and treated fairly. The lack of transparency and the endless excuses are beyond unprofessional. If you're a driver considering working with this service, think twice. I hope the company will start valuing their drivers and resolve these payment issues, but until then, I strongly advise against partnering with them.

It is a cheating company and never pay their drivers, if you don’t buy it plz check the reviews on the “gettransfer driver” App!!!

People stop using this app!!! They do not pay their drivers and charge you high prices , use your regular ride share apps

Stay away from this corrupt organization I have been fighting for 7 months to get my refund from the day they left us stranded.

Be careful. We ordered a vehicle. it came and the driver stated that it is a shared transport from Ottawa to Montreal airport!! When the driver arrived, there was already passenger setting in the back seat. When we inquired, he claimed that we ordered a shared transport!! There was no disclaimer any were when we placed and booked our transport ordered to this effect. He also said that he is on hiis way to pick up another two!! We refused to take the ride with the driver and now and started complaining. The driver now is saying there were no one in his vehicle!! This is incorrect. As we refused his ride and ended up taking an Uber to the airport. Also been trying to get a refund.

Booking was easy. We had a friendly careful driver. Great experience
