App very bad not pay money for driver

Not good at all, don't pay the driver. Told I would pay within 5-7 days, now I haven't received the money in 2 months. and still blocks us

Its a con artist company

Please pay money to driver not excuse My job driver for you on February 2020 around 500USD Until now 14 May 2020 you not pay for me why???? If you not pay for driver same as contact then driver can’t drive For your customer Any way driver have family pay for food now I no money pay for food because you not pay money to me If you make global transfer but you do like this it very bad for you...

The driver provides very good service

Using Get Transfer services for several times. Most of the shuttle went well except my last booking (#6271414). I make the booking on Tuesday. The first driver has canceled me on Wednesday then the company get me the new driver. 2 hours before the picking-up time the driver send the message to cancel my booking. The company find me the new driver but we have to catch the train. End up we have to find new driver by ourselves paying a lot more money for last minute taxi.

On time and good service

The car is good, driver comes 15 minutes earlier. Safe drive!
