GetTransfer: airport transfers

Many thx for meeting my wife Nadia at the correct terminal in Lyon, greatly appreciated 🙏

Due to ferry was delayed for 4 hours, it was our first time to arrive Morocco and did not know the reason of delaying, don’t understand the language, we were so worried about the driver is gone. Luckily, I received a message from the driver when the ferry almost reached to the port. He still waiting for us, it was great news, he is very nice and helpful, the vehicle is new and clean. Thank you for your services.

Driver: Polite, punctual, well manner. Vehicle: Nice, clean carrier. Comment: online booking easy, good follow up. Highly recommend .

Unable to cancel or change route. The carrier booked responded late and never accept change. Full charge if you want cancel or make change just even 5 seconds after booking. No mechanism to make modification anyway. Don’t book through them or have to make it very very carefully. Poor app.

Жалоба. Я вышел в аэропорту такси не было. Позвонил водителя он сказал что такого заказа нету. А щас третий день с службой заботы разбираюсь и по ходу деньги не вернут, это мошенники..

Приятно было путешествовать без стресса и забот, все было продумано до мелочей🫶🏼
