GetTransfer: Transfers & Rides

The trip did not take place, while $120 were withdrawn from my account! We were cruelly deceived!!! At first, through app messanger, a high-rated fraudulent driver announced that he would arrive 2 hours later than the appointed time, citing the fact that I allegedly did not notice his warning about a 2-hour delay, but when 2 hours passed, we waited another 40 minutes, but the driver never showed up. Even more, he stopped responding to numerous messages and calls. Finally me and my wife were very desperate and exhausted. There’s option to call the company and tell my trouble to get urgent support - only messages, which are not replied during 12 hours! We DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTRANSFER!

Pre-ordered a transfer through the GetTransfer application to quickly get from the airport to the railway station. The driver was late and I had to take a taxi at the airport to catch the train. I wrote to the support service three times, but received nothing but an apology.

This company doesn’t pay for drivers. SCUM. I am waiting more that 70 days for order payment.

I have paid 155 euros and my car did not come. I am still waiting for answers 5 days. GetTransfer Support Team doesn’t give me any concrete answer about getting my money back. After 5 days I have got my money back:))

Хорошее и очень доступное приложение. Заказывал трансфер в другой город, вовремя приехали и довезли. Отвечают быстром сервис на высоте, цены приличные. Мне нравится, буду еще пользоваться!)

Вы не дождетесь помощь от поддержки сайта если водитель не приехал! Любой водитель может не приехать , и деньги вам не вернут ! У меня так оборвалось 2 поездки !! Я потеряла 1100$$ а в поддержке сайта сначала сказали что деньги вернут, а потом перестали отвечать ! Конечно деньги я так и не получила ! Очень жаль , 1100$ для меня не маленькая сумма
