Unable to move forward even after tapping several times on the word rides

You guys can't get refund they are all scammers they are charging 50 percent for doing nothing not paying customers back as well not paying drivers they are all scammers

I have been trying to use the application in UAE for more than one month now , it is not working , there is something wrong with application , i tried many ways with different phones , still not working

If you are coming to dubai dont use this app because this app doesn’t pay to drivers which is they done trips and driver mis leading customers now i think this app must be bann from dubai this is doing scam with drivers make sure dont travel with this app

Don’t book from this app. We had a terrible experience in Vietnam. We booked for a ride at 8:25 and this was from Dalat airport to Ho Chi Minh airport as we had to catch a flight to Danang at 6pm. 206 USD was swiped from my credit card immediately and then the driver came at 9:46am. He was driving so slow. A drive which was supposed to take max 5-6 hrs, took 9 hours in total.. kept us waiting for pick up more than 1 and half hours. Trip took 7 hours .. in addition they threatened and took forcefully 30 USD. Don’t book from this app. Their customer service is pathetic when we tried to explain our experience no one responded.

Hi with GetTransfer my airport transfer to/from Dubai Airport get easy and hassle free. Highly recommended to use this App.

Never book a car if you didn’t see photos and car plate number because they changed my confirmed booking from (Mercedes-BMW) to Hyundai with same price, and I have to accept because there is no time to search for another ride. this company show great prices for luxury cars and they send cheap cars.

Don’t break your head and money in this crap app they are so not upto the standards Once you pay you don’t get any money back
