GetTransfer: Transfers & Rides

This Russian owned/operated outfit have extremely low customer service ratings in TrustPilot and Tripadvisor. Terrible Customer Support, still trying to get my refund from a ride that never took place. No fault of mine…. I was where I was supposed to be at the time established at time of booking….. my ride wasn’t , but Gettransfer has my money!

They charge you during the reservation and never show up. If you flight is late, a driver won’t pick you up. They don’t answer phone calls, no information, nothing. Money is gone, the transfer didn’t happen and I was informed that I was charged 100% without possibility of refund. Avoid this company

Recently I had the terrible experience with booking a transfer via gettrensfer. Once we’ve landed in our destination airport I got the information that my ride booked 3 months earlier has been cancelled an hour before the scheduled collection time. We were on our way to ski holiday with 4 pair od skis and 4 big suitcases and 2 small kids. Left alone without any help from the carrier. The most unreliable service ever. Moreover I have not received a refund and it’s over a week now. They offered me a refund as a balance for a future use. It’s unnaceptable. How can I risk again being left in such trouble?! I’ve tried to contact them multiple times, but without any response.

Отвратительное приложение, обманывают и водителей и пассажиров. Самостоятельно отменяют поездки, и самостоятельно создают поездки. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ МОШЕННИКИ

They didn’t pay drivers, I wait for money from 2019….

Everything this company says is a lie!!! They stole a lot of money from me and my baby

We met unacceptable situation during our travel to Greece. Our flight was delayed and finally Bus taxi driver (reserved for 7 people) didn't come :-(. We spent whole night on the Greece airport. We asked gettransfer.com for refund our money (123 Euro) and they didn't answer (complain - 11470770). Final conclusions - No Taxi No Money :-( shame guys

They don’t pay drivers fo completed transfers for months. This business should be closed. ASAP
