I have completed my 3 jobs in May, now it’s 8th June and still my funds are not received in my bank account in full.

Car never showed up! Was offered a refund which wasn’t exactly helpful at the time! Still waiting for refund and they wont get back to us! Very hard to contact! Awful experience! Would not use again!

Very good service good contact with driver before transfer day and was outside waiting when we needed him . Driver was very nice first time we have used this site and will use it again .

I’m leaving a review so anyone else who’s thinking of using them, won’t. We landed in Lanzarote airport and struggled to get network at first but managed to connect to the wifi and msg that we were at the airport. I had a child with me and due to this it took longer in the family queue. We got to the meeting point he’s nowhere to be seen, I called him and he said wait at the black rock point he’s on his way, we wait and he comes with the name sign and everything just to tell us that he can’t take us as we were 15 mins late and that he had another job to attend and to call management, no luck getting to speak to anyone we waited 1 hr outside for a taxi and lost the money we paid for this service. Absolute sham and rip off. They managed to respond by text and eventually telling us that no it wasn’t the drivers fault, it was our fault somehow and they will refund the driver.

Roberto was waiting in the parking when we arrived at Miami. I messaged him on the app and he came to exactly where we were standing. He loaded our many cases and we departed without delay. The journey was effortless and Roberto made polite conversation. A very helpful and personable guy. Would use his service again without hesitation and recommend him highly.
