Headout: Travel Experiences

I have booked several tickets. Unfortunately, I got a cancellation in the day of visiting Sagrada Familia, but they called me, they have e-mailed me with apologizes and got de refund next day. In the end, they have partners, I think this partner list must be improved. But anyway, I recommend. But avoid guided tours!

I booked a tour for Milano with a month before we go. I received the confirmation. All good for now With 2 days before tour, i receive a mail that i need to reschelued the tour. Their option was with a hour later and i was ok with it. Here comes the problem: i discussed with their support, i confirmed that it’s ok for me and they said me that i will receive the new tickets in 2 hours. At the evening, i didn’t receive anything (in spam too), i chat again with their support and they don’t ‘receive’ my confirmation. So i’m waiting for refund and i don’t visit anything in my holiday

DON T USE THIS APP! i just lost 470 euro for 11 tickets and a tour that never happened. They have a joke of customer care center and they are don t take a single responsability for what their local partners are doing. I will report this service at every institution that I can . RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP!!

Please pay attention when you use it. They charge money for free tickets at location, overcharge the tickets and cancellation is not an option. Lost 90 euro using this app.

If you want to book a ticket, better don’t use this app. They don’t have any flexibility whatsoever... Worst mistake to use this crap!

I downloaded this app to make my travel in Europe easier when buying tickets for events and it did the complete opposite. I bought tickets but they never showed up on my app afterwards. I had to contact customer service and they had no idea what went wrong. They promised to email me back within 48 hours and nothing. I actually had to REBUY the tickets in person. Then I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges the app did. I had to do all this while on vacation. If you like wasting your time download this app please.

I used Headout to book tickets to an attraction. My tickets through the app showed an attraction open/close time that weren’t correct and therefore I missed my opportunity to use my tickets. Upon contacting customer service, I got the run around for two weeks before I got a response. Their response was that they can’t offer a refund which is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be using Headout again and I’d urge others to reconsider.

I downloaded this app on the 10/18/24 and never opened it, on 10/21/24 my card was charged $86.40 and I’ve yet to use this app…needless to say it won’t happen again!

Received my tickets and code for audio that I purchased for Acropolis tour. Audio code provided did not work. Contacted for help, was told they would reply in 24 hours. It’s been 3 days with no response. Tried to use chat feature for immediate help, this did not connect me to anyone. Had to do the tour with no audio guide as we had a set time and couldn’t change. Would not use again. Edit: It’s now been over a month and I finally got someone to reach out. They want to resolve the issue. Are you going to fly me back to Greece for another tour? Too little and FAR too late to respond.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with this type of app. There is NO support and the app misrepresents where you can and cannot Go.
