Recent call… cannot receive a call

Recent call from your employee name Liz about me unable to receive a call. A very patient and understanding? Courteous and very helpful to solve my problem with magic jack. She made my day happy and contented. I’ve been with magic Jack since 2008 and definitely i will recommend people to use this device. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful employee. I’m so fortunate to have her received my call. More power to Magic Jack.

it says i have account with app store and try log in there but i couldnt log in.. i just want to reactivate my account

paid subscription not working

The subscription is already paid because of auto renew. Kindly fix the app because I can’t make calls and text and vice versa. How come? I’ve been a magicJack subscriber for years, how come that now even though it is paid it say that my subscription has expired. I think there is a problem in your system. Apple received the payment and confirmed by sending me a receipt on email. If this will not be fixed kindly refund my payment because I cannot use the app. Hoping you will act on this matter the soonest. Thank you.
