Good day. I have been trying to login for the past few days but keep getting (error 101) message. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. several times unsuccessfully. Can't make phone calls, receive messages or calls. You just did an upgrade to the program now nothing works, however my account is active but iPad and iPhone are unable to make/receive phone calls. Please help fix this issue and resolved this please. It’s a pain and very frustrating. Program was working fine until the new update was released and installed.

This is almost one of the worst communication companies I experienced, despite the late 1960 look App and the how credit it is , I paid the full package for App and device , and waited 3 months to receive the stupid device with no use , and when I disputed the cost , they just charged me extra 25 USD for disputing to renew the package !! Bad choice indeed

The app closes suddenly on iOS

The app closes suddenly, I’m using an iPhone X with last iOS version. The app updated few days ago and now it closes suddenly... can not do anything with it!!! I’m totally disconnected from everyone.. very disappointed !

It was great until they updated 2 weeks ago then never worked again It’s not first time, usually updates doing that Not professional as u used to be. Not recommended at all if will not fix it

They give u a no. And suddenly they disconnect it without any privons notice, although i paid for it and for the renewal ... i contacted them to refund me .. the said ok .. and did not !!! .. i lost contact with the people who knew me in this no ... when they say free calls ... it is a scam .. the rates r note charged as they say ... i do not recommend this app at all
