Good day. I have been trying to login for the past few days but keep getting (error 101) message. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. several times unsuccessfully. Can't make phone calls, receive messages or calls. You just did an upgrade to the program now nothing works, however my account is active but iPad and iPhone are unable to make/receive phone calls. Please help fix this issue and resolved this please. It’s a pain and very frustrating. Program was working fine until the new update was released and installed.
