After I added more additional year to my account. Then my phone not working anymore. I try to contact with technical support. But it no more chat room. The only tech support is : frequently questions and the answers are already there. Nothing related to my problem. I try to email then now the answer is : iOS: Bug report from magicJack Version v5.2.6 (5562) Please put your feedback here: But there’s no solution to solve my problems.
