I can’t insert an extension during the call! What should I do, please help me with this issue ASAP!!!

Problem
I can not chose an extension anymore when I reach a voice Mail or just main menu

Doesn’t work after an update
Yesterday have updated this app and it doesn’t accept incoming calls and I can’t call anyone .it says Singing in .please wait or your session has timed out .Moreover can’t open your official website It doesn’t work either .Please fix it ,it is impossible to use .Thanks
Not working after update
Please fix the app because sometimes I even can’t pick up the call and also there is no way to put someone on hold after the update. It’s getting hard to use it after the update. Thank you

Problem!
I don't to enter in magicjack!
Solid if your out of the country
Since I travelled out of the US, this has save me money to call home. The quality is literally 2nd to none considering I also have T-Mobile roaming and it’s really bad.
Use to be descent service
In the past I never had issues. As of late the app just doesn’t function correctly. Can not send messages anymore. The app is now requiring me to have location services on while using the app. Supposedly for security purposes. Will be looking at other options to possibly switch to.
Lot of unwanted calls
The phone app and service is good . But I get 5 to 6 calls from unknown numbers though the magic phone number is available to me and my wife only and we have not shared the number with anybody else. It’s really annoying to receive lot of such calls including marketing calls. There is an option to block up to 98 number . But I am about to reach the limit as the calls comes from different numbers I wanted the phone for personal limited use only. Not sure why the company is sharing the phone number outside though we are paying for the service .
