Cannot block calls
One cannot block undesired calls. Calls coming in from other continents at 2 am. Arguing👎 Otherwise very useful when traveling ✈️ etc.

Obwohl die das Geld kassiert haben, haben mir den service sistiert und sind unfähig das Problem zu lösen. Trotz neu Kauf vom Gerät ist mein IPHONE „blockiert“ und kann das Konto nicht genutzt werden!!!!! Hunderte von Leute sind in Internet verärgert: Schauen sie unter: magic jack account under review“. Reine Verasche der Firma. Nicht brauchbar!!! Diebe!

Solid if your out of the country
Since I travelled out of the US, this has save me money to call home. The quality is literally 2nd to none considering I also have T-Mobile roaming and it’s really bad.
Use to be descent service
In the past I never had issues. As of late the app just doesn’t function correctly. Can not send messages anymore. The app is now requiring me to have location services on while using the app. Supposedly for security purposes. Will be looking at other options to possibly switch to.
Lot of unwanted calls
The phone app and service is good . But I get 5 to 6 calls from unknown numbers though the magic phone number is available to me and my wife only and we have not shared the number with anybody else. It’s really annoying to receive lot of such calls including marketing calls. There is an option to block up to 98 number . But I am about to reach the limit as the calls comes from different numbers I wanted the phone for personal limited use only. Not sure why the company is sharing the phone number outside though we are paying for the service .
