Great app
Best HIIT ever!
I use 7 daily for legs and glute workouts. Love the customization feature and the verbal instructions so you can listen to what’s next without having to look at your phone. Being able to see the model do a movement and written description ensures you are doing moves correctly. The interface is pretty easy to use.
Excellent workout app
Not only is this a great app, they also have great customer service. I had a problem with the app unexpectedly quitting, wrote to them, and it was fixed the next day.
Fast, effective workouts
I’m a long time exerciser and prefer short intense workouts so these are perfect for me. You’ll see results with regular use and eating healthy. Thx 7!

Very good service
This service really works doesn’t lag or stop at random times at all. They also tell you when your done with the project and have perfect timings. They also ask you questions like if your gonna be there or if your gonna be gone so they don’t have to give you notifications. They might give you reminders about your excise but isn’t that often. Like what time or if you wanna keep going. But I think this app is the best excise app I ever seen. And you know what I’m a kid saying this stuff. Keep going you are really good
