Super aplikace na domácí cvičení. I když se mi nechce, tak 7 min si rikam ze najdu vzdy. A pokud nejsem nemocna, tak se vzdy behem dne dokopu. Společna cvičení každou hodinu jsou také super. Jednoduche cviky, rychle cviceni. Doporučuji. I v neplacené verzi použitelné, ale lepsi v placené, kdyz na vas vyskočí nabídka za 299 na rok, berte to :) lepší modifikace cvičeni, mnohem vice možností.
Ich turne jeden Tag vorm Frühstücken und ohne die App würde ich es wohl nicht so regelmäßig machen. Zuerst war ich wirklich sauer, dass man den Streak nicht verlängern kann, wenn man ihn verpasst. Jetzt pusht mich das aber, damit ich das Turnen ja nicht vergesse. Aber Leute, es gibt Luft nach oben. Es würde mich z.B. freuen, wenn man mal eine Übung überspringt, dass dann vor der nächsten wieder eine Pause kommt. Die Pausen vor den Übungen am Boden, wo man sich drehen muss, sind manchmal zu kurz.

Great workout app really. It has great examples of how to do each workout with a description. I always feel like after running a few miles just after 15 mins with Seven.
