After updating to the new version, it’s unusable. The screen stays on the same screen. All functions are unavailable.

Good for people want to exercise indoors!
Slowly, slowly catch 7 monkeys
HT: take it slow and don’t expect immediate results, according to “atomic habits” this is to break the barrier into a new routine and new life. 7 months is a marathon not a sprint and that finish line is long off; give it 2 months and you’ll feel the improvements regardless if others can see or not - wait for the complements!!!
