It's such a hassle to have to reconnect to my system every time I leave the app. Not only that, but it often fails to connect, or it connects but cannot be controlled. On the other hand, the lag was extreme and I had to wait half a minute before I could hear the songs I ordered in the app on my speakers. The experience of using Sony's speakers on Sony's apps is not even as good as using Spotify. How ridiculous? 一個無用的應用。每次離開應用都需要我重新連結到我的系統中，簡直太麻煩了。不僅如此，還時常連接不上，又或是連結上了但是無法控制。另一方面，延遲極大，我需要等待半分鐘才能在我的音響上聽到我在應用裡點的歌。索尼的音響在索尼的應用的體驗上甚至不如在Spotify上使用，多麼可笑？

Most basic features locked behind owner account now…

“Unable to load content. Something went wrong. Please try again.”That’s annoying. Cannot load Apple Music or Spotify even the app and Era 300 are update to date. I have no idea why keep saying that…

Updates (29/6/2024): After the failed to update message on iOS app, I managed to update the speaker with macOS app. Both speakers are connected to the same WiFi network and it is fine to play via AirPlay but only one appears on your app. Your faulty app is bringing a disastrous user experience to someone new to Sonos. It failed to register my 2 of the 2nd gen IKEA symfonisk speakers. The apps got stuck at updating the speaker. Although it will appear to register your speakers but it doesn’t.

更新後，SONOS ONE SL + Sub mini 不能用trueplay校正聲道，apps版面又醜又難用，可以downgrade嗎？

Please add back the alarm editing function.

不更新不让用，更新完什么都用不了，设备也无法连接，要么就是掉线！UI设计太丑了，功能划分繁复！

Frustrating! Was working fine until recent updates. Keeps asking me to software update which I did. Nonstop looping and going nowhere in resetting the system!
