What is this misery that instead of my radio I have to listen to adds? I paid almost 1000€ on a sound bar for what?

Very frustrating to have such speakers and the app that's controlling the speakers is rubbish. Very often the app just doesn't start an when it starts it keeps freezing making the speakers nearly useless.

I have two systems, I selected one, requires update, for some reason fails (first reason for 1star) now I can’t select the second system, keeps me locked in the failure for the first system update cycle. What a garbage app made by a company that clearly overcharges for their products.

Both before the latest updates and after the update the app crashes at the splash screen. Nothing loads, nothing works. Horrible job by Sonos in 2024, trully a disaster year!

Once every few days I need to completely remove the app and reinstall it, because it won't open anymore. It gets stuck on the splash screen for some time, then crash.

The worst app, you cannot play anything on your system. You need to periodically uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. It’s a lack of respect towards sonos customers.

Great job SONOS, you finally did it, you ruined the app, I’m thinking about putting my speakers and soundbars on the market.

The new app is an expensive joke. Most of the time the speakers don’t connect anymore.

Bought it when the reviews were still good. I was impressed by the features and products Sonos had. But after a few updates: - movies are unable to watch, voice of actors is low, loud noises are extremely loud and the speech enhancement and night mode take away the surround quality, audio quality and they don’t really help with voice volume. I took this system to create the surround system I needed for my tv but with each update it gets worse and worse Also you updated the app but true play doesn’t work on iPhone 16 and iOS 18 Fire your product managers and developers!

All my speakers are sonos. I can’t listen to anything. It just does not work anymore. So very stupid way to deal with this issue. You know it’s bad, but still refuse to revert to the last working app.
