Roam cannot be grouped to IKEA Sonos speaker “Unable to connect. Try again later” error occurs. Grouping IKEA Sonos speakers are fine.

Can’t find the speakers in airplay. Connected but no sound. Connected but either left or right has no sound. Switching airplay speakers causing pause of playback and no sound afterwards. Suddenly no sound during playback. Failure to switch speakers when using the app. Errors in playing music through the app. Failure to show the line-in source. No response in choosing line-in playback. Need to open the app and press the line-in play button to play the line-in source when it’s supposed to be auto playing according to common sense……Everything went worse and worse since the app revamped and every update solves nothing. I can’t imagine Sonos shows zero improvement on these bugs when you can see so many one star reviews appeared from the consumers who love your products but get disappointed.

The recent updates have rendered the app super slow and non responsive. So frustrating! Can’t even play anything properly through my system of Sonos speakers now where as it used to be a breeze.

iPhone 15 pro ios 18 latest I can’t even create sonos account nor press an “Accept” button in app. it’s totally rubbish! 1 star is too much for this app

Complete garbage for a company that takes pride in its eco system. Connection is impossible to establish and it takes forever to set up my arc. 0/10 garbage will never buy Sonos products again

又不知甚麼原因，又突然ARC+SUB+ERC apps內無顯示，重裝apps都一樣，究竟你SONOS想怎麼樣？

I’ve tried to avoid the latest app by disabling auto update after reading negative comments from various sources, but to no avail and I was still forced to update eventually. Fine, I gave it a chance and tried the new app, but only found those negative comments are fair and accurate. I can’t see any improvement nor added value in the new app which lacks some general features of the previous app. It’s inconceivable that I could not even delete a song from a playlist or rearrange a playlist manually, which are some very basic functions that every ordinary music app should provide. I doubt whether the designer of this app has ever used any music app. Disappointing!
