If you have a Sonos system with more than one speaker get ready to change your idea. They went from fixing the audio experience to making you hate your investment. The app is a disgrace. Unintuitive and often out of sync.
This app is absolute garbage and unfortunately is continually rendering my Sonos products unusable. Sonos build and sound quality is amazing, but it’s totally ruined by the this trash sofwear. I won’t ever buy another Sonos product again after having to continually deal with connection issues caused by this app.
…please, give the necessary amount of time to your devs before doing such an important move – software is vital! My speakers have connection issues literally everyday now – and I’m starting to reconsider buying your next products (thanks to this new app). Please, do something asap!
Dear Sonos, I have loved your products since the beginning of Sonos. What happened? The latest version of your app is ugly! Seriously, S1 was more user friendly, not intuitive and I want to remove it. Please advise how I can retrieve the previous version?
in new version I can't use thai keyboard. Fix it please
After the UI change, some things have improved and some have worsened. I cannot edit the music queue, nor can I delete or reorder it. I also cannot save a playlist. Please fix this for me.
I always have issues signing in to the app after an update. Music keeps lagging and pausing during tunes. The device is amazing, but the app is always such a hassle to use. Please fix this issue.
Why do I need to add devices to my network, every time there us a new Sonos app update . This is so annoying.
Improve the software, I got trapped in a loop of login-logout upgrade that I cannot solve. Device works well but configuration and software are not good.
