I was looking for this, I tried and I loved it. It helps me a lot.
Have been using stoic for years. It’s a moment of peace in my mornings where the world seems a little clearer - a chance to escape from wandering thoughts, a nice break from the rest of the internet, through a clean interface and simple prompts. The sudden addition of the giant purple button asking to upgrade to AI features is really only making me want to switch to a paper notebook! I’m not at all interested in more AI in my life and no amount of nagging will change my mind. Would love to be able to enjoy the simplicity of the app again and opt out of all AI features

The only app I have found that prompts me to pay attention to my mental wellbeing, motives, feelings and logs it for me. I have decided to go Premium! So, more to come!

Needed a journal app that started & ended my day with ease & efficiency. It helps me see what I want to do & what I have done. It lets me express myself without bells & whistles. Just my words, some journaling prompts & great inspiring quotes & affirmations. It also has in-depth journals for days when you need to get to the nitty-gritty of a specific issue, as well as a blank journal if you just need to word vomit. AND THAT IS BEFORE YOU PAY FOR ANYTHING!!! I highly recommend this app for anyone who needs to write their feelings out so that they can see their own words to help themselves.
App is great, it looks clean and has tons of great content. But you can’t save any of it. I don’t like the idea of paying to save what you write. I heard a given response to another person with the same issue and that the solution to this is to, “export your data every now and then”. That sounds extremely bothersome, so I’m glad I haven’t gotten far into writing and will probably just switch to something more, convenient, unless this issue is fixed of course.
Love the app, use it daily. I don’t like the new AI feature. I already pay for Premium so adding another thing behind a pay wall feels predatory. This app isn’t cheap and an extra $5 a month for an AI feature that is still has kinks just seems unnecessary. Y’all can get rid of the AI feature. I’m sure most people don’t use it and it kinda makes the developers seem greedy.

A magnificent app for mental health. Helps improve on self-care, mindfulness and overall mental health. Great for beginners as well. I have OCD and this app helps me cope with it very well. This app creates a pathway for a wonderful life and makes a framework for a healthier way of thinking and understanding. It provides several exercises to cope with anxiety, trauma etc from meditation and journaling to affirmations, reflections and mood check ins. Would certainly recommend to all wishing for better mental health
