Night before the tour was cancelled , customer service very poor after 2 hours on the phone just a running around all kind of excuses after ,they don't even recommended rebooking the tour. Experience equal to nightmare

Easy to use, but i couldnt add my skymiles account at booking, and even after booking I cannot save the voucher to my Passbook which is annoying.

The app does what it’s supposed to do. But if you’re one of those people who hate see notifications and want them cleared out you’re going to have this app. The message notifications won’t turn off. Good luck finding a contact for tech support.

Booked an Alhambra tour weeks in advance. Day of the tour, I arrived and was told the operator did not have a ticket. Would recommend not using Viator.

I always check Viator when we are planning a trip. Such a great way to book fun things to do and see.

I purchased the hop on hop off tour in Rome. Because the ticket was a bar code and not QR code I could not get on any bus. Not even the green line which it booked me on. Needless to say this company ruined my only day in Rome. I will not use them again due to this and asked for a refund. Doubt that will Happen since I put on debit card. Thanks for nothing today.

Easy to use and fast booking

A friend recommended this app after his trip to Florence so I downloaded it. I thought I could use it to gather info about destinations but was disappointed. It appears it is only for booking excursions and lodging, and not general destination info.

Worst experience ever using this app. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and booked a yacht trip for 5:30 at Santa Barbara and when we showed up for 5:30 the place was closed down and the last yacht had gone out at 5pm. We were confused on what was going on so we called and the boat company said oh we got rid of the 5:30 boat ride months ago and that 5pm is now the latest. So then we called Viator and asked for a refund because we booked 5:30 on their website which doesn’t actually exist. Viator kept on telling us we booked 5pm and that we are wrong and that we missed our trip. No matter how many times we tried to get a refund they kept on saying that we booked 5pm. It really did feel like we were being scammed so just be careful. We are still CURRENTLY trying to get our money back.
