Viator: Top Travel Experiences

Viator has been a tried and tested website which I have used for many years. The wish list feature is very useful to narrow tours down. Highly recommended app.

The app is easy to navigate and the information is very helpful in booking and selecting places and activities. The savings on tickets are a big bonus too.

Great app! Easy to use

Their website forced me to download this horrible app to access my tickets. But when I downloaded the app, it didn’t offer to connect my event to my calendar (which would be somewhat of a benefit), nor could I copy and paste any event info from the event page. Furthermore, the app does not have notice I already PAID for this event and my tix aren’t even available yet. I get it. Every company and their parent corps need an app these days to be relevant. But seriously, just send the tix to our emails and stop forcing us to download an app for every purchase.

They didn’t relay the package I booked on the Natchez brunch cruise and they almost could fit me and my party on the brunch portion. Thankfully the Natchez people are use to Viator screwing up reservations so they fit us in.

Tried to plan a tour of the Taj Mahal. There was no communication from Viator or the tour company about my tour. I had to reach out and sit on hold with both for hours and gotten mixed information. The day of the tour I still had no details and ended up not being anle to take trip at all and fight to get my money.

1) Why is it when I search for a location it does not save this location for the next time I get in there? Seems like a no brainer to me. 2) Why cannot I access the wishlist from the top of the screen? 3) Why does it insist on making me watch average animation every time I open the app? Why not make it happen once in a while or once a day? It just wastes my time for no good reason. 4) Why can’t I lock into a location until I say otherwise? It seems OK otherwise but seems to have the most unfriendly interface ever for a travel app.

I can’t change my password on this app. Not cool.
