They just canceled a very important tour without warning!
When using the Viator, be prepared for the fact that your transaction (when it has already been completed) will be considered unsafe and, without any questions asking you to prove that everything is ok, they will cancel the tour a week before the tour itself. They don’t care whether there are still available slots for you, whether you have the money to re-book the tour. Don’t use this service
Avoid at all cost
I used the app for two weeks and booked many tours, NONE of them went smoothly, either the tour operator cancel the night before, either it’s a nightMare to schedule a proper date and time. Also the customer service is bad, basically they refused to give me a refund for a tour that I didn’t do because the tour operator was not able to accommodate it. Last but not least the app itself is full of bugs with bad user experience.
Sudden cancellations (unprofessional support)
They canceled our tour (that was booked 3 weeks in advance) one day before the tour date and ruined our whole day. We couldn’t book anything else last minute.
What happened with your app?!?
It was great however now all of a sudden is not opening; tried to delete the app and reinstall with same results. Aren’t you guys testing this after a while?!? Worked well few months back...
App is crashing down
App is crashing down and does not even want to open on iPhone X! Please fix it!
Pathetic service looks like spam
We made two bookings with Viator for Cruise and transfers in Vietnam and both the bookings were paid in full. At the time of bookings it showed available but later on the merchant informed it is fully booked and asked us to cancel the booking. Fortunately for the cruise booking we got our money refunded but some amount was deducted. Even after making the booking week prior I am suffering as I lost money (conversion fee), time and I m left with no booking and I am traveling tomorrow. Pathetic plz don’t trust as you might or might not get the service you are looking for.

I have used this app for many family holidays and the service partners all over Europe, US and Asia have proved to be fantastic. We have not had a bad experience and the app is easy to use! Love it
