Cancellation rate is very high, they cancelled my booking four time, review are false and they delete bad reviews.

Worst app ever
This app is such a scam. They rip you off your money. There is a huge difference in the pricing if you. I am making a post abt this scam in all pages.
Wherever possible, go direct instead of Viator
I had my first experience with Viator. Booked tickets for Eiffel through them. Firstly, the cost is about 3- 4 times more than direct booking, which I can understand as it’s a demand supply ratio and also included their commission and fees. We booked Eiffel summit (top) request, for which the cost of 4 tickets was 247 odd euros. When we reached to the pick up point, we were made to stand in queue after queue and the only difference was that the guide bought the tickets instead of us, while we waited in the queue. They then informed that summit tickets are not available and you can go only up to second floor. The actual ticket cost was 18.80 euros per ticket and they said as you are not being allowed to summit 10 euro per person will be refunded. Still the actual cost works out to 51 euros per person, whereas the ticket cost was 18.90 euros. My suggestion: simply go the counter yourself and save yourself a lot of money instead of Viator because with them also it’s the same process just that you will simply have a guide ( which you don’t need if you can manage basic travel)

Not a Customer-friendly Approach
Booked an experience through them in Aug 2023. The tour guys didn’t give us the complete details due to which we missed out on a lot of things. I had raised this issue with the customer service team and they didn’t do anything about it. So, once you make the payment, there’s no liability for them. Not a good experience :(

Viator cancelled the booking at the last moment
My tour is booked for tomorrow but I received a call now and they have the tour. I am not able to find any similar tours now. This is a disappointing experience
