I am from cyprus. I purchased the amazon prime video and unfortunately i cant see all the movies or the series that you have. Thank you

I download it and the language options provided are only German and Spanish. These languages have nothing to do with the country of my App Store

I have subscribed for 1 year subscription 999rs... amount debited from my account but I can’t watch any video..

I really prefer prime video than Netflix BUT there is none of GREEK subtitles .... it should have every single language subtitle option to be easy for everyone.

There’s no Greek subtitles here in Cyprus only Turkish. I will stick to Netflix.

Content in my region (or what I get) is very poor comparing to other streaming providers, although in 2020 is very slowly and slightly improving. it is also quite old showing say first 4-5 seasons of a series like blue blood, Hawaii 5 0, NCIS, Law and Order, CSI, Chicago Fire, when there are already 8-10 seasons aired .... it makes Amazon look very poor comparing to other streamers .. shame ... I know that prime in other European countries is much more richer than the one we get here. Amazon Prime should realise that Cyprus is a European country and a member of the EU and thus should include more tv/ movies from the EU/ US/ UK and more or all the seasons of the series they are streaming. Also could we possible have Greek subtitled movies/ tv categories, which is our language? The app is very inflexible. Notifications do not inform the customer that a series in the customer’s watchlist is not available any more !!! I had two series in my watchlist and one day I was watching and the next day they became unavailable. Shame. At least inform us. There is room for improvement not only for the content but also on the app.
