You are not fare with your horrendous movie choices and tv shows. You’re hateful towards good people. You are violent, horror tv shows and I’m not paying for it anymore because you have nothing I like and I’m not ordering anything that will be stolen by your people. Good rittens.

Ever since Amazon started making us watch commercials or pay more, the number of commercials seems to have continuously increased, and the app rarely remembers where I left off on a show or movie. I’m forced to start over and sit through all of the commercials again just to get to where I left off. It’s infuriating. Also, subtitles get frozen on the screen and disrupt viewing and future subtitles.

Prime video is a mess! Was watching a few shows on here go back to watch more episodes and now I have to have a membership to finish watching it and it was free through out the seasons. Now all of a sudden it’s not. It wasn’t a watch your first few episodes for free. What a load of b.s from prime doing this. Thinking to tell my son to cancel the whole app. It’s not worth it bc majority of everything needs a membership in order to watch.

Disabled and cannot watch streaming on tv only two apps screw the customer over on their use of what they pay for. Buying dvds again. Tired of billionaires acting like I’m a criminal. Only two apps do this prime and paramount(the other ten streaming services don’t) and it’s not my device cord splitter downloaded the app nope just garbage company thinking the consumer is stealing by using the product they pay for. Not recording anything it’s a dvd player. And at this point I’ll just cancel and go back to dvds. That you can screw me out of with this nonsense.

This app continues to show the same stupid suggestions that k thumbs down months ago.

I’m always having to restart or reboot the app. Not sure if this is a problem with everyone but only on my devices

If I could give 0 stars I would. If I could give negative stars I would. Prime example of corporate greed. We already pay for Amazon Prime, Prime video is “free”. But to go ad free you need to pay more which is only 2.99 but again address should be free for prime members. Next if you want to watch anything outside of the very limited “prime included” videos, yeah you guessed right. $$$$$ per episode or per season. Greedy.
