I paid £5.99 in the expectation of getting a varied program of stretching and exercises which will build fitness and help me rehab from my knee replacement. Started the 30 day stretching program to discover it’s the same exercises every day. No variation, and no building on what’s already been done. Also it’s completely silent with no audible prompts between exercises. There are options to play music and use vibration as a prompt but neither of them work. I want my money back.

I love how the App is set up but I am quite disappointed with the customized workouts. I add workouts and save and nothing actually saves. So I cannot make my own workouts. I can See how I would get bored just using the ones that are preselected for each category. Please help.

I haven’t tried the workouts yet as I’ve just downloaded and paid for the bundle. The exercises are all familiar to me, I like all the options and the follow along timing, variety, everything looks like what I’ve been wanting in an exercise app. The only thing I’m a little weary of ID in the first person to review this app! Also, it does not say if the price for the bundle is a one time payment or a monthly subscription? I guess I’ll find out by watching my bank account. I’ll have to update my review when I know more. ;)
