The best app on my phone.
Thank you! This made it so easy and not overly complicated like so many apps, wanted something like the emotions wheel that I could easily check in with myself. I would also like to see a widget and I think it could be beneficial to have you be able to put in how your body feels at the same time, although can be easily typed in.
I love this app so much. It’s a quick and easy way to check in with yourself and has a bunch of interactive tools you can use to ground yourself. It’s possibly the best free app on the store. They’re also improving it significantly as time goes on. I do wish it synced with my health app, but I’m sure that’s on their agenda already.
the update makes things rly inconvenient. you have to edit in health data there’s no option while you do your check in. it also doesn’t prompt you to write in the journal, you have to manually add that as well. it was much better before the update :( i would check in 4 times a day no problem for months and now i’m lucky if i remember once a day because it’s so much more of a hassle to do

I love this app so much. I love especially how it is completely free and all the skills that are there, great work!
This was a great idea and is an easy to use app. I don’t seem to be able to add the weather which may be a factor. It would also be useful to have some other factors like diet, sleep etc… but overall I love this app.
Take a close(r) look at their privacy policies. Any one with any respect for their personal matters to stay personal and not to to other parties or business partners should be concerned about what, how, and the extent your personal information is being shared. Take a look for yourself!
A wonderful app that really helps me when I need it the most, available at any time and can keep track of feelings I may forget about over time, and allows me to get a better overview
