AI chatbot crashes after a few minutes

After 5 min the the chatbot stops responding — sometimes it takes an extra message on your end to get it back and other times all you see is the typing animation with no response.

Absolutely amazing. My new member of the family. Waw! Already shared with multiple friends and them too loved it! If you don’t like it is because you don’t need growth. The AI is better then my therapist! It’s structured and on the issue. After 3 y of therapy, I am devoted to Clarity! LOVE IT!

This app… wow! It is incredibly structured and yet still allows so much freedom. Incredibly helpful prompts, so many options to choose from every day, all of the science backed versatile options and prompts to choose from have helped me so much. The gratitude I have for the developers of this app I cannot place into words. And to top it all, the service and response from support have been amazing. I highly, highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone!

For people who suffer from anxiety

This app is very useful to me. I suffer from a acute anxiety disorder. I’ve suffered for the last 8 years of my life. I’m paying for this app it’s expensive but it’s worth it. It explains how to manage your thoughts and feelings and its simplified so you can understand how to start healing. I highly recommend this app over other apps to everyone who suffer from anxiety, depression. I’ve learned a lot and just in a couple sessions using it I’ve been sleeping better and feeling better over all. It’s like having your own therapist because there’s a bot on there and you can talk to it and it actually helps a lot because it digs deep into your problems your having. Things start making sense and that’s the way to recovery. When you know you have anxiety and depression that’s the first step to healing, the second step is learning how to deal with it and that’s what this app is all about.

Scummy methods to get you to pay

All of these apps nowadays use fake surveys to “tailor your experience” aka get you to invest time into filling out a survey and then spring a paywall on you to access your “tailored experience” (they don’t change anything.) It’s so beyond unethical and such a deceitful scam. You don’t care about people using your app. You care about money. You care about deceiving people with mental health issues into paying for your borderline useless app that they likely won’t even use. This is literally why I have mental health issues. People don’t care about you. Nobody cares about anybody but themselves, even when they say they do. Everything is a shallow lie.

Would love to use the full app and I’m sure some people can afford to subscribe. Developers should be upfront and have all the information available about costs on the sign in App Store page.
