Philips Hue, Spotify, the list goes on. My Echo (Gen 4) won’t link to anything - super annoying! - Starting to think that I’ve just wasted money on 3 Echos… 😑😮‍💨 - When will this be fixed, Amazon?!

Lost connection to Sonos - after your app-update!!!???

I’m hoping you’ll come up with an Update solving the problem with connection to Sonos products!!?? Alexa suddenly stoped working with the sonos-app/tidal - and all have been tried after your update.

No “Delete all devices”

After the shutdown of the Alexa web interface there’s no option to delete all devices, since this feature was not introduced in the app before decommissioning the web interface. Removing 500 devices one by one will take a whole day!!!!?????

Latest update, horrible

The latest update of Amazon Alexa has unfortunately not turned out for the better exactly the opposite it’s become horrible, slow clunky, and many times, not good at taking instructions for instant. If you push the top bottom, it can take up to 10 seconds before activate sometimes furthermore, what is even worse is that Amazon have now closed down the web interface meaning you are stocked with only being able to use the app in my case I need to remove all 60 smart devices. There is clunking up my Amazon Alexa app. This is unfortunately no longer possible only go one by one within the app, which takes ages and time to do so, if you want to remove the web interface , then at least give us the same options with in the app. Therefore, the absolutely low rating for this latest update….

Very bad user experience

The app is very badly designed both in terms of graphics as well as functionality. One can even end up in a menu loop

Hopeless

The Alexa app is written by an engineer and not by someone that understand the mind of a user. Hard to find what you need like setup Spotify, hard to integrate Hue, hard to make speakers play around the house, I could keep going. The idea of Alexa is brilliant but the user interface so 70’s like. I will keep all my Alexa and hope that one day the people from Alexa will take the leadership principle “customer obsessed” seriously. What are working is the interface to my printer where it constantly comes out and asking if I want to buy new toner.

Incredibly annoying

Despite having lived away from Italy for a decade, and having changed my primary account in Alexa many years ago, the app and the Echo Dot device still insist in talking to me in Italian. This also reflects badly into pairing the app with other services such as Spotify. I regret not having chosen a Google Nest device :’(

Lost chance by Amazon

Great idea, potentially. But with a Jurassic OS and messy architecture is a miracle making Alexa do what you really would like…
