Good assistant - Bad app
Alexa app is just not worth of Amazon name. Development team did just a bad job it doesnt capture essence of what users are expecting. Bad job Amazon.

This app doesn’t even work half the time
Nothing works, I cant link spotify, I cant set up phone id, when i turn my headphones off they don’t get reconnected in this app (only everywhere else). Half of the things are region locked and the other half just plain doesn’t work cuz of bugs.

The worst app I have
This is the worst app I have.
One of the most disappointing services on the market
I had high hopes for integrating Alexa with Home Assistant, but unfortunately, this service has been a huge letdown. Coming from a tech behemoth like Amazon, I anticipated a seamless and flawless experience. However, the Spotify connection is consistently problematic and barely ever functions properly. The only reliable feature seems to be controlling the lights. Everything else feels half-baked and largely ineffective. I invested in numerous Amazon products to fully embrace the smart home concept, but this experience has left me considering alternatives, like Apple's ecosystem. Expect better, Amazon.

region not working
when my account was created the default region was UK. now i can't change my country/region for the device Echo Plus to Slovenia. when I try, the app becomes blank. i also cant set the time zone.

Not compatible with Apple Music
This app refuses to let me link my Apple Music. What's the point.
Horrible
I just want to remove devices and app only lets me add. Very frustrating as the devices don’t work any longer, and I would really like to remove them from the network.
