Absolute worst!! Misleading!!!
The absolute worst!!! Please note before that this is not available worldwide!!! I was excited buying a kindle and using this service only to learn I cannot use the the app! I will not buy a single thing from tour website and shame on you for excluding some countries from the app! I mean chill is just an app for books not Nasa app !! Better to use audible at least they do not make discriminations!!!!
The best way to read a book!!!
I cannot think of a more convenient way to keep and read your books. You have your whole library available, anytime, everywhere. And it keeps getting better. I love the highlighters, the dictionary, and the fact that i can buy any book and start reading it, in just a second. BUT IT KEEPS GETTING STUCK. PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I NEED TO DELEYE THE APP AND GET IT AGAIN. EVERY MONTH AT LEAST ONCE,
It keeps on crashing
It’s a really useful app and I have over a hundred books in here but for some reason it crashes and the only way to fix it is to uninstall the app, reinstall it and log in again. For a while it happened so often that I had to find the books online in order to read them.

This book is a true gem of wisdom and i absorb its witty dialogues excitingly. The bad review goes for Amazon’s indifference for its customers. It’s been three days now that I am trying to get a human response for a failure in their system and all I get is either an automated response or nothing at all. Specifically, I was so excited for this book in kindle format that I’ve paid for an extra copy to be sent to my partner. I’ve gotten a notice on my mobile that my credit card was charged and my partner received an email that the book I have received and I paid for her “is not to be redeemed in this area” namely, Cyprus! Not able to download audio easily
Overall it’s very good however in the past I was able to easily download the audio narration but now it has changed
