The old Mac Kindle app was a lot better. No ability to fold sections in the book content view, less options to customize the page rendering, etc. paired with usability problems because it’s a catalyst app. Another one in a series of horrible catalyst ports.

Get stuck repeatedly after a few seconds of usage. Get it fixed!

After some years I am forced to enter card details to sign in to my account. Obviously nobody has one-life time credit card and there is no possibility to sign in without details of nonexisting card. I would expect Amazon has enough money to make functional app🤷🏻‍♂️.

Pretty good an optimized app, very useful features, happy to use it on my phone and also my laptop.

The app is okay, but not great. What I’d like to see: 1) Design as on Kindle reader (percentage instead of dots showing reading progress etc). 2) Books in collection viewable as list, not just as grid - it is available on competing platform. 3) Assistive Reader - doesn’t work with any book I own while it works with all of the same books on different platform. 4) Possibility to use system fonts like Avenir Next. 5) Option to remove all downloads and option to remove all downloads in a specific collection (like we can download all in collection). 6) More costumization like spaces between paragraphs or font heaviness. Until then I can’t give more than two stars.

Dowloaded the app and for some reason it’ s all in French, which I do not speak, so there is no use for me whatsoever. Cannot move anywhere as I don’ t understand a word. :-(

It's useless... I'm not moving in any of those regions anytime soon and the realization that I can't even buy the e-book for the full price without kindle unlimited was the last straw for me. I am not even angry just disappointed. In 21st century? Bruh all I want is to read some books not even in my first F language but the original. So yes I’m saying please make it available for more people.

Keeps crashing on will not work or open after restart

Hi, where I can find DISCOVER tab? My app just have LIBRARY and MORE tabs.

When the page turns simply by tapping on the screen and that forces me to go back and the audio restarts, this is very frustrating. And generally the lack of a pause button for the audio directly on the screen is a pain. Finally, it would be nice if there was a way to start the audio from a specific place.
