1. When connecting two A1 2Gen speakers, the application often loses connection with the speakers, although the music is playing. please test the operation of this functionality, it does not work perfectly. 2. And pls add Ukrainian language.

bang oluefsen EQ headphones are not added. the program finds them, then goes to the page for downloading device images and nothing happens. the program hangs. the device is not added to the list of connected ones.
Beoplay E8 3rd Gen
Программное обеспечение не доработано. Все время проблемы со связью во время подключения и возврату к управлению. Наушники тихие. Очень зашкаливают металлические призвуки высоких частот. Тяжелые. Выпадают из ушей. Качество звука 3.5 из 5 баллов. Слабое сопровождение руководств, непонятно что делать при первом включении. Заработали случайно после скачивания ПО с App Store, вариант ПО наугад, так как B&O предлагает много разного ПО в App Store. После чего только прочитав инструкции в самом приложении ПО с 8-го раза получилось подключиться к наушникам. Причиной оказалась очень запутанная и непонятная процедура подключения, где нужно было выйти из ПО специальной кнопкой в настройки телефона выбрать слегка видоизменённое название Bluetooth подключения, которое минуту назад тоже было и практически также называлось за исключением пары символов. Много глюков, ПО B&O может писать, что коннект есть, а на самом деле продолжает играть сам телефон, но не Наушники, приходиться по сгону раз пересоздавать пару. Также автоматически может производить музыку с другого телефона, хотя ПО с первого телефона пишет успешное подключение и цправление. В общем продукт больше не понравился чем понравился, что удивило зная бренд B&O…
Beoplay issue
After downloading the latest version of the program ( B&O app v.13.6.0) , the ability to select all products from B&O disappeared. Only three products are displayed - Beolab 28, BS Emerge and BS Explore,As a result I lost connection with all devises in my profile - Beloit 17 , Beoplay H8 and H9 .I cannot reconnect them through the app - they are not in product list . My IPhone 6 is on IOS 12.5.4 Can you let me download the previous version of app? PS I have already written three letters in B&O support about the app issue - number 463 155, 480 694 and 491 008. So far , there is no result ,moreover ,the app began to work even worse -if in version 3.15 there was no loading of images of my devices in my profile in the app, then in version 3.16 the product line does not load at all and I cannot select a new device to connect to app
