I’m rating this app one star purely because the app does not function when you don’t have internet connection. So when you listen to your $1000 headphones in those situations you cannot access the app. Which for $1000 is quite a poor experience.

Beautiful sound speakers and the app has improved significantly.

Worked great for a number of years until it randomly “automatically signed me out”. Now I can’t log back in or create a new account, it just freezes. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Honestly tempted to toss out my headphones if I can’t control them as I did previously. I get it you’ve logged us all out so you can make us create accounts and collect user data (yay- isn’t late stage capitalism just a ball of fun), but would you mind letting me back in again please?

Tried resetting multiple times to create a stereo pair for 2 of the emerge speakers, it will automatically disconnect and made one of them disappeared after a few days. Completely wasted of time for product at this price tag.

Not compatible to my iPhone 12!

The app does nothing but connect to it's page in Settings. No further information is provided. It does nothing else. Nothing in the Settings page could alter the problems I'm experiencing. Also, the "24/7" contact phone number listed for Australia does not connect. This is woeful user experience, and not what I expect from B&O.

This app, so much potential, so many bugs

It does not allow me to do any software update and says battery is lower than 30% even when it is fully charged with the latest app. Reach out to customer service and stay in their wait for response queue 2 weeks now. No updates and any follow up. Much worse than B&W app and customer service team.

I have just purchased a set of Beoplay H100 headphones and was attempting to setup via the app. It failed to connect over and over. Half the features of the headphones were unusable because they required the app to function.
