Frustrating experience
The size of the earbud is too big which makes it slips off from the ear during use. This is such a premium brand, please upgrade the fit in mechanism in the coming series. The device is also frustrating too use, does not pair seamlessly with the iOS and it gets disconnected easily

I like the powerful sound, it's unique.
Left ear issues
The left ear don’t not connect/out of connection. Difficult getting it back to connect to right ear.
