This is the worst and most difficult connection software I have ever used.
Product Image Won’t Show Up in App for a year!
The App Won’t Show Up Product Image in Ipad M1, Macbook Pro M1Max and Iphone 12 Pro for more than a year. And the software engineer still has not fix it. I don’t know why a high-end speaker like this don’t care about customer’s experiences. I bought two Beosound 2, two Beosound 1, two Beosound Emerges, Beosound Stage, Beosound Balance, Beoplay A9, but the app keep blank image product make me very disappointed.
