App Crashes After Connecting Beoplay EQ
After connecting my Beoplay EQ earbuds, the app crashes when I try to open the main interface. Please fix this issue!
Trouble finding speaker
I have two B&O devices, this app is constantly telling me that they are not connected even though I am playing music at the time. I expected a better experience with B&O’s high cost.
Version 6.4.0 and iOS 18.1.1 bug on iPhone 14
Not able to login because the keyboard is hiding the connect button
Poor Bluetooth
Bought these as a high end headset. Works great with X Box series S, but that’s it . Won’t connect to iPhone or iPad or anything else. How can it not find Bluetooth? The user interface is almost impossible to follow. A very expensive lesson, next time go to store where returns are easy and superior products for less $.

Connection errors are so consistent.
I found the app is not user friendly either. Please improve you app and connection to your device. This is the worst smart speaker i’ve purchased.
Buggy Version 6.1.0 no longer supports WLAN from WIFI
With the introduction of the new product screen, the remote is no longer accessible in standby mode, which means you can no longer attempt to wake it up using WLAN over WiFi. Could you please consider reimplementing this feature?
