Equipment got stuck during first installation. Now I have to figure out a way to send it physically to another country for assistance, and probably I’ll have to deal with importation tax again (to bring it back).

Falha constante na conectividade

O som é incomparável em termos de qualidade, porém quando o assunto é conectividade bluetooth entre dois aparelhos, deixa muito a desejar. Tenho uma beolit 20 e outra 17, e só depois de muitas tentativas consigo emparelhar as duas e mesmo assim é muito comum a perda da conexão.

Péssima conexão

A B&F. tem uma das piores conectividades já vista na era digital. A qualidade do som é boa mais é impossível de ouvir uma música e toda hora trava e perde a conexão. O suporte no Brasil é práticamente inexistente, além de ser um produto muito caro Beollit 12, nao remcomendo

Sem solução

Mesmo com inúmeras tentativas sem sucesso e após recomendações do fabricante para e reinstalar o app, o problema persiste, não consigo sincronizar nenhum dos meus dispositivos, e são os seguintes: Beolit 17, E8, H8 e H5.
