Driver called to cancel ride AFTER pickup time

Leaving a foreign country, we got a call AFTER our pick up time that he could not drive us to the airport. We had to scramble and barley made our flight.

Same car, same driver, same service, same trip, half the price with Uber or Lyft

Terrible!!!! Don’t use this app or service!!!

Completely unreliable. They don’t send the type of car you book and the driver spoke virtually no English. Spoke to someone at the company and they were SO RUDE and refused to refund me for their mistake when they did not send the type of car I ordered. Awful company!!!
