Blacklane - Chauffeur Service

We were a group of 5 traveling to Manchester. We chose to hire Blacklane to drive us from London Heathrow to Manchester, instead of taking a connecting flight and risk missing our connection. I’m glad we did that because it turned out that our flight from Vancouver to London got delayed by two hours. Our driver Mr. Mohamed was tracking our flight so it took the stress out of the set time I had pre-booked. When we landed in London, I had open communication with the driver and it was nice knowing that he was waiting for us after a long trip. The vehicle booked was a Mercedes V class that was so comfortable, I had no trouble sleeping. All in all the whole experience was wonderful and Mr. Mohamed is very professional and accommodating. I will definitely book this service again. Thank you!

I am delighted by this app and the service it provides. Hourly or point to point service at the touch of a button. Haven’t found a place that it doesn’t work yet. All over NA and Middle East so far

The app misleads you into thinking you have confirmed rides but they just disappear from the app last minute with no notice. You find out the ride was cancelled by the company at the last minute while you were trying to locate driver at airport. Scheduling feature is not a real engine as call center explained someone on the other end is manually trying to locate cars. You can’t locate canceled trips in the respective page if they canceled the trip. The chat feature is not real as it’s an elaborate FAQ search engine. There is no feedback feature for obvious reasons. Avoid the app and the company or you risk being stuck as we were.

Always a great thing to have when arriving in Paris which often has a taxi shortage, especially when it rains!

The best service!!! On our wedding night our driver was so patient and kind to wait so we could say goodbye to all of our guests. Highly recommend to anyone planning a special day or just a ride in Luxery.

With airport pickups you need to be assured that your driver will be there before you, with an immaculate vehicle, helpful with luggage and Blacklane meets all of this. You know that you will be met with a professional driver on time, every time anywhere in the World, it’s worth the extra cost to have a reliable, relaxing trip. Highly recommended.

I would leave no stars if I could. They cancelled my ride last minute. After charging my card. They then said as a courtesy they would reverse the charge. I believe this is criminal behavior. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
