돈도나가고 컨펌 받았는데 짐 공항픽업 안와서 발묶여있습니다. 차없다고 취소됬다네요. 미안하다고하고 끝입니다.

You can make a reservation with destination. But You will NOT be dropped off at your destination without notice or guidance. It seems their internal rule. But you can NOT see in their website or mobile app.

Stop service please

If you can’t do proper service please stop doing it. It happens to me in Japan Just now. the day I plan to go back to airport, they send me unsuccessful booking information just few hours before my schedule with them. I am panic!! Thank you if I miss my flight. I glad to use your discount voucher worth of 25usd!!!

TERRIBLE! Frequent last minute cancellations.

If you’re using Blacklane, expect to receive cancellation emails 2 hours before the scheduled service time. Oh, don’t worry, they will give you a $25 voucher. They may also not give you any calls at all, so be prepared to be left hanging wherever you are and hope you will be able to organize a SUPER last minute arrangement This company does a fabulous job advertising themselves as a high-end, luxurious brand but in reality they are the most UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL car service company out there
