I will not recommand this service One time i ordre from them they took the money first and the chauffeur he dont know where is the my location its take 1h after that he didnt come after they send you invioce thank you . Taxi better 100% then this

Simply the best!

Massage seats, air conditioned seats 🤩! Also VIP parking at the airport, allowed me to be on my way in 2 minutes. Love it, the chauffeurs are always super friendly!

Don’t waste money

The first few rides were pleasant and I thought it was worth the extra price given the amenities and seat massage. However my last 3 rides were a fail, 2 had the tablet broken and hence no seat control, heat or massage could be used (of course no prior alert was given nor the ride fare was less) , and 1 of the rides took 1 full hour extra as the driver missed 3 turns. However no proper apology was given and the situation was not ratified, also customer care needs at least 20 minutes of back and forth (Rizalyn) messaging to provide an unsatisfactory resolution and waste more of your time. Trust me get Uber black , cheaper and you get fully what you pay for.

Worst ever service. Don’t rely on them

Had a booking with them in Seattle on arrival from Dubai. When boarding in dubai got a mail confirming the ride mentioning will send driver details 20 mins before. On arrival couldn’t find any driver. On contacting the customer service was told no cars are available and u need to take Uber. Seriously it’s a joke to rely on them

Wonderful cars, massage and air conditioned seats, sparkling water, and most important of all, the kindest and most professional drivers. Such a wonderful service. My last ride with Brenda was simply incredible 🤗 Thank you!!
