Cancelled last minute
I’ve been using this app for over a year and only had positive experiences with all the chauffeurs in the several countries I booked a ride. That is until today! I booked days in advance an airport drop off for my family, which includes pets and a baby. The booking was confirmed, and I was waiting all morning for a driver+car information message to arrive, as usual. Right until 15 minutes before the ride is due - the booking of the ride suddenly disappears from my account. Without any kind of communication! The booking was not in the cancelled section, no email, no text message about the last minute cancel! Can you believe that I had to rush to find a solution to transport my tricky family and not miss my flight? I would’ve understood if I was at least notified about the issue an hour before the departure time…absolutely appalling cancellation policy.
