Beyond exceptional
I have always felt that the chauffeur service of Blacklane is an integral part of my journey, traveling comfortably from the moment I leave home up to my return. Travel -irrespective whether it is for business or leisure- comes with excitement (even when commuting), and Blacklane services turns that excitement into joy.
Good service, easy to use app
Tried Blacklane for the first time today -- for a pick up to the airport. Was quick to set up and to order for my airport transfer an hour plus before my ride. The driver who appeared was early and very polite and professional. Overall very good service and in such comfort. Two thumbs up.

Above and Beyond for International Traveling
While we used another service to ride around the various cities, we used Blacklane for everything else (multiple airport transfers and train station transfers) and I have to say it was so easy and comfortable. The company called the driver as we were getting in the car to go to our destination and told the driver to find a grass area for our dog because they looked in our connections and saw we were on the train for the last 7 hours. Highly recommended and more affordable than initially assumed.
Level of service highly variable
Level of service differs massively depending on what country and what part of the country you are in. I didn’t find the service, or customer care as reliable as I needed for my business or personal travel.
